Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of 3D animation and motion design, with the ability to create visually compelling and technically sound work. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including product visualizations, branding campaigns, commercials, and social media content, for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality 3D animations for commercial and branding projects.
• Design and animate motion graphics for video content, including typography, dynamic effects, and transitions.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop ideas and visual styles that meet client briefs and project goals.
• Model, texture, rig, and render 3D assets as needed for various projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and maintain a consistent standard of quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and software in 3D design and motion graphics.
• Assist in brainstorming and pitching new ideas for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in 3D motion design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of rendering engines like Redshift, Octane, or Arnold is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, texturing, and compositing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
